Shipping And Delivery For United States
We Offer Free Shipping on all orders of £110 and above, Below of this we charge Flat Fee of £9
- Orders placed through our website usually ship within 1-2 business days Mon to Fri .
- We deliver your order straight to your address according to your location, transit time can be between 3-4 Business days Mon to Fri.
Order tracking
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days of the above processing time, please check your spam folder.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 7 Harley Street- Dr Elif Clinic. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Tax
Additional duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email us at: info@drelifskin.co.uk, if you decide to cancel the order. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have already been shipped.
CHANGE ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER:
If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact us at: info@drelifskin.co.uk, and update us with the new delivery address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES :
Please check all items thoroughly after receiving them. Sometimes your items may be damaged in transit. When this happens, we just need you to send an email and damage photos within 5 days of the shipping date. Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded.
